The Apprenticeship College of Health (ACH) unites two proven leaders under one shared mission: transforming healthcare jobs into Apprenticeship Degrees. Founded on experience, not convention, ACH partners with healthcare employers to blend best practices in adult learning, on-the-job training, and credit for work, creating accredited, stackable Apprenticeship Degrees that are rigorous, practical, and affordable.
By combining the Healthcare Training Fund’s deep industry and work-based programs with Reach University’s nationally recognized Apprenticeship Degree, ACH delivers a tangible talent investment for employers while expanding life-long possibility for caregivers. Together, we are addressing the nation’s healthcare crisis.

Degree programs offered at $0 for the inaugural cohort and with no student loan debt to learners — easing recruitment, development, and retention of local talent for employers.
